(1) Spray powder as little as possible during printing, otherwise it will cause emptiness and blistering in the pile of powder. The powder spraying should be removed before the veneer processing, the ones with more prints can be hung to remove the powder, and the ones with less prints can be wiped manually.

(2) The pressure should be adjusted according to the product situation. Generally, the pressure of coated paper should be lower than that of offset paper, and the pressure of thin paper should be lower than that of thick paper.

(3) The tension of the film should be appropriate, and it is generally suitable to be able to maintain normal work without lagging behind. Too tight will cause the product to curl, and too loose will cause wrinkles.

(4) The humidity is generally slightly smaller than that of the printing workshop. Too much humidity will cause product deformation or even wrinkles, and will cause curling after the product is processed. If the humidity is too low, the product will generate static electricity during the veneer process, which will affect the subsequent processes.

(5) Appropriate pressure should be used while correctly controlling the temperature of the veneer, because the surface of the paper itself is not flat, and only under the action of appropriate pressure, the hot melt adhesive will be fully wetted in the process of driving off the air on the surface of the printed matter On the surface of the paper printed matter, colloidal molecules are generated to diffuse into the ink layer of the printed matter and the paper molecules to achieve good adhesion and complete coverage of the entire surface of the printed matter.

(6) The product to be laminated must be straight, and the uneven paper with ruffled edges and tight edges must be dealt with. The ruffled paper can be baked, and the tight-edged paper can be hung.

(7) The veneer can be used for processing after the print is dry, otherwise it will cause blistering or fuzzing.
