2. Accurately determine the positioning of the foam bar. Ensure that the die-cut product is the same as the template, and the pattern must meet the typesetting requirements.

3. The template must be placed on the pallet. Adjust the placement angle according to the production situation.

4. Carefully adjust the die-cutting gap. Before adjustment, set the die-cutting shaft gap to a large enough amount. According to the thickness of the cardboard, adjust the adjustment wheels on both sides synchronously, and gradually fine-tune until the cardboard is cut.

5. Before production, check whether the belt is tight and evenly tight.

6. Switch to automatic or manual die-cutting according to production needs. When manually turned on, the spirit is highly concentrated. Signal to the crew members of the same crew each time they move. When adjusting the self-stroke, pay attention to the length of the worktable. Prevent the pallet from rushing out of the workbench.

7. Before starting the machine, check whether there are people working inside and outside the machine. Clear all unused items on the workbench. Greet the crew of the same crew and prepare to start the machine.

8. During operation, all personnel must cooperate carefully and pay attention to safety. Do not touch the moving parts with your hands, touch the buttons at will, or stand in the direction of the template.

9. Before production, trial production is required. Continuously check multiple products, then fold them into shape, and confirm that they meet the standards before starting formal production. During the production process, pay attention to observation. The back is facing up and placed neatly. Fold the semi-finished product into shape and check it every five minutes. If there is a problem, stop and adjust in time.

10. Frequently check whether the components are worn or do not meet the requirements. If there is any problem, repair or replace it in time. 11. Pay attention to machine maintenance and lubrication.
