Five-point maintenance measures for the electric system of the paper laminator

The electric system is the power device of the paper laminator when it is working. Simply put, it is the heart of the machine. How should we maintain the electric system of the paper laminator? We recommend the following five measures:

(1) The voltage should be in line with the rated voltage when starting, and it is not suitable to start the glue binding machine if the voltage is too high or low; the general voltage value is about 5% to 10% of the rated voltage value.

(2) After the electric system of the paper laminator fails, the power supply must be cut off and it cannot be used. At the same time, it should be repaired by personnel, and it is not allowed to disassemble it by yourself.

(3) Good usage habits should be developed. Only correct operation can reduce the probability of failure.

(4) Before starting the paper laminator, check whether the machine rotates smoothly, whether it is stuck or blocked, and whether the belt connection is normal; if there is any abnormality, do not continue to start the glue binding machine.

(5) Clean up the dirt and nearby debris around the paper laminator, and stay away from flammable and explosive materials.
